How to get there

The remains of Moiles Mills lie on a island in Northern Lake Huron, owned by the YMCA Sudbury.

Over the last 50 years, the YMCA has been operating a summer camp for children and youths on the grounds of the old town site. Outsiders are not permitted in the area under any circumstances. In the interests of child safety and security, we will not publish the actual location.

If you have children in the age 6 – 16 age bracket, you may be interested in learning more about this unique camping experience. The YMCA also sets aside a one-week session during the summer for families with children. Contact the YMCA for more information
